Irakli Adeishvili is a legal expert with over 25 years of experience across judicial service, international institutions, and private practice. He previously served as Chairman of the Civil Law Chamber of the Tbilisi City Court and as an appellate judge.
As an international legal professional, Irakli Adeishvili has served in prominent roles, including as an ad hoc judge of the European Court of Human Rights, Vice President and Bureau Member of CEPEJ at the Council of Europe, and a member of the Consultative Council of European Judges (CCJE). He has presented legal opinions to domestic and international courts and arbitrations, including the High Court of Justice of England and Wales, specializing in complex civil matters involving Georgian law.
Irakli Adeishvili is an independent legal expert recognized for providing qualified and unbiased testimony in local and international legal proceedings. He is also a lecturer at the Georgian Bar Association and an experienced lawyer in the telecommunications sector, representing one of Georgia’s largest mobile operators.
Academically, Irakli Adeishvili holds a Doctor of Law from Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (2021), a Master of Law with distinction from the same university (1997), and a Master’s in Political Science from Central European University, Budapest (1998).
